Olivia and I joined OEE at about the same time. I was an Associate and Olivia quickly became the person who organised and managed everything Learning & Development (subsequently OrgX).

Our interactions were frequent, mainly by phone and, whatever the circumstances, an absolute pleasure. You could always, always hear the smile in Olivia’s voice while her professionalism, combined with her constantly calm approach, shone through. She often asked about me and my family in a caring, warm way and shared some of the lovely things happening in her life away from work.

On the rare occasions we met face to face Olivia was just good fun to be with. I feel very lucky to have been one of Olivia’s colleagues for several years. I know that the impact of her joyous, caring, positive approach will shine on for me and others for many years to come.
