It was an absolute pleasure to have known Amer.  I only worked with him occasionally in Kantar – mainly on the GBTS study – but that didn’t stop us stopping for chats when passing in the corridor / keeping in contact via facebook. His pleasantness was something to behold, and I never heard him say a bad word about anyone.   He will be sorely missed and thoughts are with his family and close friends at this very sad time.
