I have known and worked with Karl for over 20 years and in all that time he was always unwaveringly proffessional within the work environment. Keeping the perfect balance as a leader showing the ability to set direction, take people with him, always remaining approachable, totally human, a really rare and precious “super power”. He was fun, could hold an audience, create laughter, smiles, always empathetic and kind. He was also someone I was proud to call a friend, will miss you!
