So sorry to learn this very sad news. 

I have known Don for over 40 years, when I lived in London we visited each 

other from time to time and even went on holiday together. It is hard to grasp

that such a lively, lovely personlity can just disappear. I first new him when he was active in

fighting for human rights in South Africa and we soon realised we had a similar

outlook and sense of humour. I wish he had had time to reflect on all the good he had done in the world as an educator

father, partner, and friend.

My sincere sympathy to Jacqui, Leslie and Margaret

and to all his extended family and friends. The photo I am attaching is from about 1985 when 

he visited us in Vienna.
