I had the pleasure of working on a number of projects with Martin.  He had bundles of energy, enthusiasm and humour.  I would break into a big smile when I bumped into him in the Dublin office.  I had to resist the urge to bear hug or chest bump him.  He inspired that kind of warmth and reaction.  I wish I had done it now.  My sincere condolences to his family, friends and colleagues at this very sad time.  I will miss him.
