I was deeply shocked to learn at a choir rehearsal last week that Patricia had died.  I had frequent contact with her when I was on the Senior Management team between 1995 and 2002.  Although each meeting was work- related, Patricia would inevitably ask about my family. She was a wonderful, unique and truly delightful person who always made one feel better. Even two decades later we would always chat about our families and holiday plans when we met on campus.  She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her, a truly exceptional person.
