I had the pleasure of of ‘hot desking’ next to Emma on a number of occassions whilst she worked as a Senior HR Business Partner in RBS Services.  She had an awesome smile and an even better laugh!  Emma was a bright, considered and thoughtful professional with an authentic and direct style.  She stood up for what she believed in and always had a view – always an individual.  As well as being someone who other HR professionals respected, the senior managers and Exec’s in her business trusted and respected her enormously too.  Like others I am glad to have known her and my thoughts are with her family and friends over the months and years to come.
