I am deeply saddened to learn about Michaela’s passing away.  She had explored the entire world and brought significant positve impacts as a pioneer for vulnerable people especially the women’s rights. I admire and respect her consitent committment to social justice.  I will miss her sharp analysis, wisdom, humanity and zest for life.  My most sincere condolrences are for her family.  Her legacy shall be carried on by many people who have been touched and inspired by her.
