Phil, 

Although we never had the chance to meet in person, I clearly remember when I first started working at SBD, and was organizing the engagement quizzes and activities. You were always there, and you would (almost) alway reach the top rankings of the Kahoot quizzes, no matter what the quiz topics were. You would always find a way to break the ice and engage others during those activities. Not only did you make me smile, but you made everyone smile and feel at ease. You have always stroken me as a very kind person with amazing values, and I have always enjoyed our conversations.
