David, in all honesty I am still lost for words and in total shock.  You were taken too soon.

Your bubbly personality and infectious laugh will be hugely missed at McLarens.

We got to know each other really well over the last 6 months through our weekly one to ones.  I loved your honesty, knowledge, passion and kind nature but most of all your accent and giggle.

I was always in a panic when you went away even for a few days as I understood the scale and importance of what you delivered and I am lost without you.

My thoughts are with your family and friends at this time.
