Utterly shocked and heartbroken by the profound sadness of Chris’s passing. Chris was just the warmest, most caring individual you could wish to meet, whose star could not have shined any brighter. From my very first day at CMA, he made me feel instantly welcome and the support he continued to give me was always given with genuine caring. Typical of the man. His incredible professionalism was allied to his uncanny ability to communicate wonderfully clearly and that meant any interaction with Chris was easy and uncomplicated. His presence in my life was a gift I will never forget. He will be hugely missed by the whole CMA family and the wider community in Sheffield for whom he did so much good but my thoughts and prayers are with his family.
