Adey’s passing came as a shock to many, not least his family who are regularly in my thoughts. Being relatively new to the Retail Banking team, I had not worked with Adey for too long but I was very grateful for the conversations we had and the time he spent working on important issues. Adey came across as very thoughtful but also with a smiling kindness that will be much missed. May Adey rest in peace.
