I first meet Karl in 1999 when we both worked in the same small team in Vodafone. He was of the rare breed of people who is intelligent and driven enough to get big things done by collaboration, not competition. He has provided lots of support and advice over the intervening years whether we’ve been working in the same company or not. He was a kind person who was interested in people. We miss Karl.
