Tracey Reeves

My deepest condolences to Mrs Reeves family, friends, and students. Its been 16 years since I left CHS and even now as GCSE’s are coming to an end I have been speaking about Mrs Reeves when thinking back to my own. She always pinched a chocolate button or two from the packet on the corner of my desk when monitoring the exam hall and came in early to supervise me when having to sit a French exam that landed on the same day as my mum’s wedding. For the years before this she had always been a fantastic teacher and role model, someone who made us kids feel heard and understood but also managed to keep us all in line with the sheer respect we all had for her. I don’t think I ever heard anyone say a bad thing about her, and I’m certain that will be the same case after all these years. She truly was a wonderful person and I know she will have touched many, many lives and brought them and indescribable amount of happiness, kindness, and support. Rest in Peace, Mrs Reeves
