It has been three weeks since you left this world, yet it still feels unreal that you are no longer here. Today, I found myself going back to our last Teams chat and the last email I received from you—both a true reflection of the incredible person you were. A smart, hardworking lady, patient and always striving to find the best solutions for those around you. And, of course, your warm smile—something we all cherished.
 
I hope that, through our words, your family can feel just how much you were valued, appreciated, and loved at work. You will be very missed, but I take comfort in knowing that the knowledge, dedication, and values you started in your team will live on through your team members and other P95 colleagues.
