I never met Michaela but worked for her as a consultant remotely thoug was looking forward to meeting her face to face in future.  I interacted with her thru emails, phone calls and video conferencing.  I found her very professional, goal oriented, friendly and warm.  She always provided friendly advice whenever there was a need.  Her untimely demise will be felt widely in the organizations she worked for and she will be missed by her colleagues and peers.  May her soul rest in eternal peace.
