Wow, where to start?. I first met Paul when I was posted to KH as the BQMS to work in the QMs department, I have never had the privilege to work with such a great boss like he was before, diligent to every single task he either done himself or gave you.

a absolute giant of a man with a encyclopaedia knowledge of everything to do with Army Music, I now know far too much about button sizes and service dress regulations lol.

i can honestly say he is the best boss I’ve ever had and when we set up for concerts or the Army v Navy day or even putting that bloody marquee up he would never let us do it on our own, he was always there helping and getting stuck in, an absolute legend of a man and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. My thoughts go out to his family who he talked of very fondly to me on our many chats. RIP Paul.
