Charlotte was a beautiful young lady who was not only bright and energetic but caring and compassionate too.

She loved the children at Restart from the minute she stepped into it and the children would follow her like a magnet and some would not leave her side ever, so when she was around we had our own pied piper. 

I think Charlotte felt the deepest compassion for the children and what had happened to them and the fact that they were unloved, unwanted and abandoned not to mention the other terrible happenings they had suffered. She wanted them to feel how she felt as a little girl and how she had been treated in her very loving family. It was so sweet to watch her as she gave them so much love and affection all the time.

Charlotte will always be with us and I know her plan was to come back here and be with the children for it truly was in her heart and soul.

Such a special girl and I am beyond sadness writing this .

We will never ever forget Charlotte .
