David,

It doesnt seem real writing this only a few weeks after lunch to wish you all the best on your next adventure. I will remember you as someone who would ask how it is going and mean it. Whilst we now know time was precious I am grateful for the conversations we had and the support you provided. The last time I saw you was a good laugh (like many times before) and it is this that I will always remember. It is with deep sadness that I write this condolence message and I can only hope your family take some deep pride from the man you were. 

Wherever you are I hope you are continuing to fly high!
