Olivia was one of those people who you feel privileged to know.  She looked for the best in people and, as a result, they responded in kind.  That kindness and positive energy made for an office environment which was special – unforgettable, in fact.I remember very clearly her first weeks in the role in Charlbury when she expressed surprise when I offered to make her a cup of tea. She even told her father how  OEE was an unusual place to work. Her smile and laugh were infectious and the whole team loved her. She held suppliers to account, was ruthlessly well organised and became the rock around whom the learning and development team built its success.

COVID and the subsequent office closure robbed us of more time together but I was so pleased to see her with her two beautiful daughters at our summer party in 2023.  

My heart goes out to Jason and both of their families. We will contribute to the fundraising event/s you are organising and will see you on the 25th April
