I had the pleasure to work with Ken in the same team and support each other when carrying out competency assessments for perspective Incident Investigation Course Trainers.  We used to have regular discussions with regards to separate coaching and mentoring activities where we would share our experiences and provide each other support.  Ken was a thoroughly nice, decent guy with a sharp sense of humor.  There was only a couple of years between us so we used to joke that we were the older citizens within the team.  He affected everyone positively that he knew, was a true professional and will be very sadly missed.
