I was deeply saddened to hear of Susana’s passing. This is such a tragic loss for the company and, most of all, for her family.

I had the privilege of meeting Susana at the last retreat in Mallorca, shortly after she joined P95. She struck me as an extraordinary woman—polite, respectful, and highly experienced. We had a brief but meaningful conversation about the challenges ahead as we prepared the company for the new phase.

Her passing is an immeasurable loss. My heartfelt condolences to her family during this difficult time.
