Dear Susana, I am saddened and shocked by your passing. I so enjoyed working with you, always positive and calm. You taught me what patience really is, and that leading with kindness (and patience) will get you anywhere. I will always remember the last day I saw you in person, last summer in Peniche, where we had a wonderful day together with your lovely family and introduced us to the arroz de tamboril. They brought so much of it, we had enough to eat for two days. I smile every time I remember our faces when they brought the pots. It just never occurred to me that would be the last time we would meet. I will miss you so.  Marga
