I was deeply saddened and shocked to hear of the passing of Wayne Connolly.  I had the priviledge of working alongside Wayne for several years as a fellow board and council member of the NASC & CISRS, and during that time I came to know him as a truly honest, committed individual; and someone I was proud to call my friend. 

Wayne approached his role with dedication and quiet determination, always focused on doing what was right for the orgainsations and the wider industry.  He was someone you could reply on, thoughtful in discussion, fair in judgement, and unwavering in his commitment to standards.  Working with him was a professional priviledge and personal pleasure.  

Waynes work with the NASC & CISRS and to all those who worked with him will not be forgotten.  He leaves behind a lasting legacy built on integrity, respect and service.  

My heartfelt condolences goes to his fiance and to all his family.  He will be greatly missed.
