Always a cheerful personality in the office, I will remember her kind and wise words, the biscuits, bakes and fruit she’d often call desk to desk with at the end of a long day or week and the wonderful photos and videos she delighted in showing me of her great granddaughter, Lydia. Jacky will be greatly missed in the office but fondly remembered by so many. My thoughts are with her family and friends.
