To the Family and Colleagues of Wayne Connolly,

I am writing to express my sincere condolences on the passing of Wayne. He was a highly respected figure in our industry, and his loss will be felt by many.

I personally owe a great deal to Wayne’s mentorship, however brief. It was because of a specific exchange I had with him that I sought out a position on the NASC Committee. His passion for the industry and his ability to engage with others was truly remarkable; he saw potential in people and wasn’t afraid to encourage them to reach for it.

The NASC and the wider scaffolding community have lost a true leader. We will honor his memory by continuing the work he was so dedicated to.
