To Richard’s family, I am so sorry for your loss.  Richard really will be missed by everybody that knew him.  I met Richard when he started working with Kantar and the first thing I noticed about him was his lovely smile and his ability to make even the trickiest of situations that little bit easier.  He was an incredible man and I am so glad I got to work with him. 

Richard always had time for everyone and nothing was too much trouble. We would often exchange silly stories in the kitchen and he would have me in stitches.  I seem to remember one of these exchanges got me in trouble with ‘the management’ as I haven’t got the quietest laugh!  I blamed him! He had a really wicked sense of humour and sense of fun.  Occasionally we would have serious conversations but not often!

We all have our memories of Richard and I will certainly think of him in the future and smile.

We will miss you Richard, rest in peace
