Dear Debbie,
My name is Lisa Law and I am a psychology lecturer at Tel Aviv University. I was so upset to hear the news about Aiden and felt I must reach out to send my condolences.
I have taught for many years in classes filled with many students. Now and again a student really stays in my mind and Aiden was one of them. He usually sat right at the back, but his presence was always felt throughout the room. He was a very bright student who asked intelligent questions and had a brilliant way of sensitvely and simply talking about complex material. I will personally remember his cheeky smile and jokes, his warm and familiar accent and his insistence to call me ‘Miss’ instead of Lisa. Aiden was a very popular student who will sorely be missed by all of us.
May the memories of him give you comfort.
With love,
Dr Lisa Law
