I have only had the pleasure of working with Melissa during the last 12 months on the EHCH reporting.  Right from the start of working with Melissa she came across as such a kind, helpful, friendly and professional person.  Always grateful and thanking me for any information that I pulled together for her.  She will be missed and always remembered.  Sending love to all her family and friends.
