Though tears may fall, and sadness hold, Gratitude’s flame will never grow cold, In loving light, her memory unfolds. A bond so strong, a scholar so bright, Her guidance, a beacon in the night.

Grace had an egmatic smile and a personality that lit up room.

She was my phd supervisor, a mentor and more importantly a friend. We shared a love of Dave Grohl and the foo fighters and never ran out of things to talk about it!

She was patient, kind, funny and assertive. Qualities that she helped me develop on my own journey. I always felt safe around Grace.

She had a significant impact on my life. Not only through supporting my studies, but in building my confidence. Grace’s support helped put my insecurities to rest and empowered me as she did for many others.

While I’m sad, I have so much to be thankful for and Grace was an integral part of that. Thank you for everything Grace, I will miss you sorely but celebrate all that you are. LA xxx
