Your untimely passing has been a very hard thing to come to terms with James. It is something you can’t plan for or prepare for but I look back at my friendship with you with great fondness. We had many a laughs down through the years, starting with the TNN strictly come dancing, the craic was mighty throughout and will always be remembered by myself and the other dancers.

You will be sorely missed throughout the club, you gave absolutely everything you had all the time for the club. The time and dedication you put in was second to none and we can’t thank you enough for the work you put in, you have left quite the legacy from u-6s right up to senior. It was an amazing experience winning the intermediate hurling championship this year with you and Jp, an experience that will always give me a smile and I will treasure for the rest of my life. Thank you for everything you have done for me, I am honoured to have met a man like yourself. Rest in peace
