Esther and family, words cannot express how I feel about the loss of Derek and my thoughts and prayers go out to all of you.  Derek was one of the most wonderful people I have worked with.  He genuinely cared about people he worked with and was extremely kind and passionate.  I will be eternally grateful that I got to know Derek over the last few years and I will never forget the support he gave me and others around him.  He will be truly missed by all his colleagues at Barclays, from Judith
