Dear Karen, Evan and family.

I would like to pass on my deepest condolences for the loss of Brian. All our thoughts are with you and all Brian’s friends and colleagues at this time.  

I’m sure it will come as no surprise to yourselves, the many wishes so many will want to send. We all have great stories to tell of great moments with Brian. He left a great impression on everyone who had the pleasure to meet and work with him. His drive and enthusiasm when he had one of his many great ideas, was contagious.

I first met Brian back in 2006 whilst deploying a system in the Royal London, and got to know him well more recently. The last 5 years I’ve spent working with Brian and the Barts PACS team as the account manager on behalf of Sectra. Over the years sharing many different experiences both from a working relationship but also as a friend who I could always call to ask a question, favour or chat, as he could I. His knowledge, wit and good humour are all things I will fondly remember and miss. I hope the grief becomes easier to bear, as you celebrate all the lovely stories and memories of Brian everyone has to share.
