… like so many I had the pleasure to know Mat through my time at HCR. He helped so many of my close friends and clients with his legal skills, measured advice and passion to support those who needed his help. He was also one of the vanguard of HCR staff who joined me to lead the Cheltenham office from the earliest days in Kings House, through the Rickerbys merger and beyond … Mat always had the right word at the right time … whether it was considered advice and support or a witty quip when spirits were starting to flag.

You’d always want Mat in your team, whether that was a team tasked with going out to have fun, climb a mountain, build a successful office or be there to offer legal advice and guidance during someone’s darkest days.
