It has been a pleasure working with Ali over the past 2 and a half years at Wexham and RBH. Although we rarely got to work together directly Ali was always ready and willing to support whenever needed. He never sheid away from a challenge and I admired his ability to adapt and manage calmly in situations where many at our level would feel out of their depth. I will greatly miss our catch ups and hope you knew how much I appreciate the support you gave me through training.
