Very sad to hear that Jo had passed away. Sometime in the early 2000s, at Alliance Pharma we collaborated with Jo to develop a quick/slow formulation of melatonin for sleep problems in the elderly. Jo was very generous with her advice and genuinely looked forward to seeing the product (Posidorm) developed. We created the formulation and had promising results in initial dosing trials. Unfortunately the expected development of a preceding product, the licensing-out of which was to have funded the melatonin product failed and consequently we had to abandon the project.

Nevertheless we retained very fond memories of working with Jo and May she rest in peace.
