David, weeks have passed since you left us and I still find it hard to comprehend. All that is left is an empty space that must now be filled with loving memories of loved ones, family, friends and good times. 

I am honoured to consider myself as a friend of yours, and in the short time we knew each other we had some good times. 

Most precious to me were our football days out and putting the world to rights with a cold beer over the garden fence.
