Where to start to sum up such an incredible contribution?  In the 17 years we have worked together your determination to make things better for people in workplaces has been unending and inspirational.  After experiencing first hand the tragedy of a lack of control measures, Dave, you fought for changes in Government policy, influenced decision makers in boardrooms and put your arm around the people tasked with making a difference.  All with great humour, humility and loyalty to your beliefs.

You taught me so much, and when the pandemic hit, yours was the voice of direction and reason that stood out, you made it all simple by simply putting people at the heart of every decision.

Your family was everything to you, especially your 4 little angels who adored their “pops” and your wonderful wife. 

Thank you for your friendship, support, all of the laughter and for shaping my thinking over the years to help me be a better version of myself.

May you rest in peace and may we do your memory and cause justice.
