Jill Kay

Jill was the life of the party, even when the party was work. She always lifted the mood and work was better when we were tackling things together. My regular catch ups with Jill were the highlight  of my week. We laughed so much, catching up about Maddox and Montana and all the amazing fun things she got up to with them. I hope they will always know how deeply she loved them. Everyone at GDS knew all about them! She was so proud of them and so proud of her beautiful daughters.

Though we were never short on work to plough through, we never skimped on a chinwag. Jill was, of course, a great storyteller, but she was also an amazing listener. She gave me so much wise counsel over our years working together in One Login. I am so grateful for all those conversations and all her advice. She always reassured me that everything will be alright. I will miss that so much.

Jill was endlessly giving. She always made time to work something through or help someone out. She worked so hard and she made such a difference. She has left a lasting legacy in our programme through her work and her care for those who worked with her and for her.

Lively, lovely Jill. There are so many things I’ll miss about her. But most of all, I’ll miss being able to laugh with her.

My deepest condolences to all of Jill’s family and those who loved her. She touched our lives and we feel her loss. My heart goes out to you.
