I worked with Janet closely for over five years, from when I started as a Union rep. Her depth and breadth of knowledge was amazing, she made some of the densest bits of employment law accessible and clear. While she was always happy to go away and find information out, I don’t think I ever asked a question she didn’t know the answer to, her knowledge and kindness was inspiring. Janet was unfailingly professional, and always ready for a catch up and a giggle before a meeting started. This loss is felt so deeply by all of us who worked with her, and my thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.
