I first met Jane back in the 90s when I was a student, running a mother and toddler group at the uni, and missing family life. Jane welcomed me into hers, letting me sit at the kitchen table for hours, borrow the dog, or the children, fed me lovely Sunday dinners, and gave me the advice no one else dared! I’ve always remembered the kindness, and loved hearing her grandsons’ tales of the amazing times they had with Nana. She was the mother and grandmother I always thought I would be, and I was so sad to hear the news. Sending lots of love to all the family xx
