So difficult to express what a sad loss this is to your family as well as to us all.

I have known and worked for Aussie throughout all his time at the AA and during that time, I feel that I can class Aussie as a real friend as well as my manager. 

We have a shared love of sport including cricket and cycling which he would excitedly tell me about the family trips he’d been on to the UK and Europe and encourage me to upgrade my bike to do more myself.

Aussie also developed a love of the office Fantasy Football league and would regularly start any 1-to-1’s meetings asking how I was doing in the league – knowing full well he was beating me!!

I can honestly say that Aussie commanded the utmost respect and affection from his team in the professional way that he conducted himself. I will also miss our regular conversations and the way that he always made time to ensure you were doing ok;

My thoughts are with you all at this sad time.
