I love this picture of Ruth and I in Mexico City.  Ruth was overwhelmingly voted for our team’s Sunshine Award, and she was certainly that.  Ruth was a ray of sunshine, of positivity, passion and drive, with a deeply caring and supportive nature that everyone who crossed her path will forever miss.  Ruth mentored and supported so many at BT, in addition to a number of aspiring lawyers through BT’s U.S. Internship Programme which was her brainchild, and I am so pleased we are naming in Ruth’s honour.   Ruth was a kindred spirit with a priceless sense of humour, who was always the first on our team calls to tell a joke and brighten everyone’s day.  Ruth was hugely respected in her field both inside and outside of BT.  She made regulatory compliance feel like classic rock and we will surely miss that!  It was an honour to have known and worked with you Ruth Holder.  God bless and rest in peace.
