I only knew Rob for a few short years. Upon first meeting him at running club he was warm and welcoming, so approachable and obviously loved and respected by those around him. I learnt so much, improved so much and met so many fantastic people, all coming together time and again, because Rob helped us all.

He gave so much and will be missed by so many. Thank you Rob for all you gave, I’m a better person for having had you in my life. ❤️💜
