Dear Ann’s family and friends,

I am deeply sorry for your loss and send love and strength to you all at this difficult time. Unfortunately for me I only met Ann a handful of times having joined the business in October 2022. I do however remember our first chat during my onboarding of which straight away it was clear that Ann was a very warm, kind and approachable lady. She made me feel totally at ease. It is hard to remember names and faces when starting somewhere new but Ann was somebody who I remembered straight away due to her friendly nature. May you rest in peace Ann.
