I was deeply saddened to hear the news of sigs passing. He had a presence like no other, and is such an inspiration to others. He will be sorely missed in the Gallowglass family. My thoughts are with his wife, children, family and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

He was professional, calm, funny, intelligent, inspiring, a true leader. What I most admired about him was his ability to see the value in every person. From The freshest of crew, to the most senior he made everyone feel like they had a place within the Gallowglass community.

On more than one occasion, he would convince myself and Scalesy to give someone a chance at the job, and in most instances his intuition was correct. I believe he had an ability to see things in people that others might miss, and that in itself is a testament to his keen attention to detail which made him such great boss.

I will miss the laughs we had renovating the office; I will never forget the hilarious stories you told; I will remember the time we spent together, and I will forever cherish all the incredible advice you gave. Rest in peace mate.
