It’s been difficult to write this. Noemi was love and light. She embraced Kenya and the human rights defenders network. She gave of herself and smiled as she did it. She was gently firm wanting the best for everyone and every situation! We have a lost a friend, a great colleague and a human rights champion! To Scott, Arthur, her parents and the whole Belgian embassy, may you be comforted during this difficult time. I will greatly miss her!
