Paul has left a fantastic legacy at Achilles.  I remember him not only as a leader who was passionate with strong values and clear opinions, but also has a friend and supporter.  He went out of his way to meet employees, with a friendly and approachable manner, always with interest in people’s lives beyond the work schedule, and making sure that we were doing the ‘right thing’ by our staff, treating people with respect.  He challenged me, he supported and encouraged me and he taught me so much.
