I’ve only known Ian for a couple of years as a fellow Board member of ACOSVO.  In that short time, he demonstrated to me an immense capacity for both warmth and wisdom. I found him immensely thoughtful – often the one to ask the deeper questions, considerate of the feelings of others and true to his values.  He was the very best of people and leaders.  My condolences to his family and colleagues.
