I was working with Sarah on improving the collation and mitigation of risks within the bidding process. What struck me about Sarah was her aura of welcoming me to talk and share with her deeply even though that was the first time we met. This was an ability that I heard from others that she subconsciously used when engaging with people. The strength of her ability was unique to her but this ability is common amongst us all. Sarah had the ability to tap into what is precious inside all of us and made us not afraid or embarrassed to share with her.
